Warranty

X-Vision Optics provides a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on thermal units and a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on night vision optics. This promises our customers that our products will continue to meet our manufacturing specifications and warrants that the products will be free from defects or flaws in workmanship, parts, and systems if product instructions are followed under normal use conditions. The warranty period is 36 months from the date of the manufacture on thermal optics and 24 months from the date of manufacture on all other products.

Warranties and returns will not be honored without original receipt of purchase and images of the damaged or defective product.  Warranties do not apply to floor or display models, out-of- box models, and close-out, discontinued items and refurbished products.
