Warranty

X-Vision Optics provides a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty on all thermal units and a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all of our other X-Vision products including night vision optics. This promises our customers that our products will continue to meet our manufacturing specifications and warrants that the products will be free from defects or flaws in workmanship, parts, and systems if product instructions are followed under normal use conditions. The warranty period is 36 months from original date of purchase on thermal optics and 24 months from the original date of purchase on all other products. Our promise is that if a product does not meet these warranty conditions, X-Vision Optics will stand by and fully address the situation to ensure customer satisfaction. X-Vision Optics will work directly, or indirectly through a channel partner, to remedy the issue.

Warranties and returns will not be honored without original receipt of purchase and images of the damaged or defective product.  Warranties do not apply to floor or display models, out-of- box models, and close-out or discontinued items.
